How to get more reviews
We have sold quite a number of products on our Amazon seller central store and we're finding there's limited ways to ask customers for their review. We spoke with Amazon support, and they indicated that the system automatically asks buyers for their review, but unless they have opted into getting messages from Amazon, they will otherwise not receive such a prompter. You can contact the customer directly, but it's sort of not recommended by Amazon, as its kind of harassing the customer. So, what's the next best option?

I order from Amazon almost daily and have only received a request once, I believe. And I'm sure that was because the seller requested the review from the order page. If you click on the order after it has been shipped, there is a 'request review' button. You have to wait a certain amount of days I think. It is a lot of clicking back and forth and way too time-consuming for me.
Helium 10 has an auto-review request feature.
