ASIN....A Different Request for Something Different
The saga is not ending....Divya P.from Amazon.com Seller Support emailed me and said "From your email, we understand that you are contacting us regarding GTIN exemption Please be informed, to investigate the issue we request you to provide the following information.
- ASIN
What the heck??? I do not have an ASIN as I am trying to list a product not currently sold on Amazon.
I am so frustrated with this process and Amazon support just sits behind the computer and want to send an email. Depending on who the email is from the response will be different. No two responses are alike

Really quick, since I do see you've created three separate posts on this topic, I wanted to make sure you had our Community Guidelines for using the forums, which do look to prohibit the creation of duplicate threads. In the future, please do only create one post per issue!
That said, I would be happy to take a look at this issue along with you if you'd be so kind as to share a case ID where you've looked to work with support on listing an ASIN!
