Other vendor changing product details
Hi,
Thanks in advance for reading. Another vendor is changing the product details and images on some of our products. The product details they are giving Amazon are incorrect and they are only providing Amazon with 1 image of our products, while we provide several images of higher resolution.
I've tried to get the product details fixed and our images put back up, but I keep getting told the other vendor has the winning contribution. I've been trying for over 2 months and cases with Amazon's support are going nowhere.
We our the brand owner, creator, and manufacture of our products. We have our brands registered with Amazon and our products registered to our brand, but that doesn't seem to matter to Amazon's support.
Has anyone had any luck getting something like this fixed? My main goal is to get the product details fixed so that Amazon's customers aren't receiving false product information.

It is difficult to offer any suggestion because your question has too many conflicting points.
- You are the Amazon approved brand owner of the product in question, right?
- Did you actually create the listing?
Are the UPC's assigned to your brand?
- How are they giving different details on the listing you created? Did they hijack your listing?
- Did they delete your photos?
- Is their listing a totally separate listing than the one you created?
If you are the actual brand owner and are USTPO registered. Send your documentation to Amazon Legal Office in Seattle by Certified Mail. They can sort thing our in a week or two.
