Few days ago i created my seller account and send inventory to FBA and after receiving my inventory amazon suspended my account under section 3 because of they have found duplicate company that amazon claims that an account already exist with my company name but i have already all proves that my company is registered in pakistan and also they have stopped giving me response of my submissions and appeal please suggest me what to do i really want to bring back my seller account.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If you do find that another market is currently deactivated, you will want to navigate towards the performance notifications on that market to identify what is currently causing the impact.
Once you have identified and resolved the issue, you can navigate back to your US market and submit an appeal to inform our team of the action you have taken. They will review and confirm that everything has been resolved before taking the action to remove the restrictions that are present.
