Food & Product Safety Violations
Our account was hit with a large number of food and product safety violations last week. Amazon requested a letter of conformity, testing from an ISO17025 lab, product imagery, product packaging imagery and a copy of the instructions for the appeals. We submitted the appeals on 5/30 and have yet to hear back from support on the status of those appeals. Has anyone else ever had to wait this long for an answer? We've had restricted product policy violations in the past and have been able to successfully appeal those within a couple of days. In case an someone from Amazon support sees this, one of the case IDs is 15365974911.
