Hello Amazon Sellers and Team,
We are currently dealing with a restriction on our ability to list a particular branded product, even though we had prior approval to sell it. Our listings were active, orders were successfully fulfilled, and then—without warning—we were blocked from offering these products due to concerns about the authenticity of our supply chain.
To resolve this, we’ve already:
Sent a detailed appeal to pq-brand-remedy@amazon.com
Included full documentation: invoices from verified suppliers, EIN, bank records, delivery proofs, and brand screenshots
Reached out to Seller Support and Account Health, only to be referred back to Brand Registry
Used the appeal support feature since we couldn’t open a direct Brand Registry case
We have not received any response to our submission and are now stuck with unsellable inventory and no clear direction forward.
Has anyone experienced this and successfully resolved it? Were you able to get a response from Brand Registry or push the case through another team?
Any insights are appreciated!

Doesn't matter if you were "allowed" to before or not. Amazon's allowance isn't the brands permission:
"Do you have written authorization or approval from the brand or this company to list and or sell the products from their company? A lot of companies will authorize a supplier, but in their terms of use, you are not authorized to distribute the materials from the site they were sourced from. These suppliers are typically licensed and authorized for sale to the end consumer, no resale. I would suggest reviewing your suppliers terms of use or terms of service and work with the brand itself to obtain a letter of authorization as this will be required at this point to show proof you are an authorized distributor for the concerned brand. So you are additionally aware, if your supplier tries to issue you a letter of authorization, it will not be accepted. They will only accept an LOA if issued by the brand or rights owner only."

This will have zero impact on this situation moving forward. Not getting caught is not permission.
This is what your fighting. Amazon cannot give you authorization to use a brands intellectual property, You have to bring that to the table. Youll likely need the right documentation to get ungated again. Just follow instructions and send them the documents they asked for. If you really want to list these items again you will likely need authorization from the brand in the form of an LOA.

LOTS of people. Try spending more time reading the Forum and studying Seller U and less time wasted on YouTube and TikTok where all these guys tout their OA and RA cr%$.

Thanks to everyone who has shared their experiences and advice — it's incredibly helpful to know we're not alone in this.
We're facing the same challenge with specific brand. Despite having been approved to sell these items and having a clean selling record, we suddenly received the brand restriction notice without warning.
We’ve submitted a full appeal (bank statement, invoices, supplier verification, delivery proof, etc.) to multiple Amazon teams including pq-brand-remedy@amazon.com, but we’re still stuck in a holding pattern with no clear path forward.
Seller Support and Account Health either redirect us or confirm that Amazon is “not currently accepting applications,” which leaves us unable to move forward despite a verified supply chain.
If anyone has found a successful escalation route or gotten a meaningful response from Brand Registry, we’d really appreciate hearing how you did it. We’re trying every channel we can to resolve this responsibly.
Thanks again to this community, appreciate you sharing your experiences.
