Requesting Feedback Removal (Seller support unknowledgeable) Negative feedback are eligible for Removal - shipping label from veeqo "Claims Protected" NOT!

Is there any Amazon moderator that can help me with the negative feedback removal. I have done and followed all the instructions how to request a removal, i cannot even find the request form that I need to fill out. I have called the seller support several times but as usual they are just copy and paste response and I had enough.
The negative feedback receive are because of the late deliveries, the buyers also reviewed the product, As I have read the eligibility of feedback removal those negative removal should be eligible for removal.
I also bought the shipping label from Veeqo where it says "Claims Protected" "OTDR Protected".
I have been using the "request removal button under the "Action" from the feedback manager. But the amazon system is denying it.
I need help with it so bad, because of those negative feedback my buy box was gone and I have been not having any sales for days now.
I thought I should be protected since I bought the shipping label from Veeqo.
Please someone, anyone help. My feedback rate was on 90%, now it is 86% just because of that late delivery which I cant control. I have shipped the orders on time and scanned on time. This is not fair.
