We delivered the order order as per the promised delivery date using UPS. Customer messaged us that the packages were stolen from their premises and filed A-to-Z claim which was granted. Customer shared video footage of UPS delivering the package and someone stealing it from their premises. Still Amazon went ahead with granting the claim. Quite appalling the way this decision was made in customer's favour
