Today, we're not eligible for Featured offer for almost all products (including those with Premium Shipping Templates). All our listings on Amazon.com today are delayed by 3 business days. For example, we receive orders expected to deliver tomorrow, but customers are informed delivery will be in 3 business days. This is stopping us to become Featured Offer, since other sellers are able to maintain delivery next day and we cannot. Requesting someone to internally check our listings, it most likely needs a reset to featured offer eligibility.
The Case Log received no support. Here is our account stats:
Premium Shipping: Eligible
ODR: 0.83%
Late Shipment Rate: 0.03%
Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate: 0.27%
Valid Tracking Rate: 99.65%
On-Time Delivery Rate: 89.62%
Account Health Rate: 630
As per Health Center, here is their response: Currently, you're not eligible to be the Featured Offer for this item. We are unable to disclose all the criteria for Featured Offer eligibility. However, you can try the below points to improve your chances to be Featured Offer eligible.
1) Listings that are Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) are automatically eligible to become the Featured Offer
2) Only Professional selling accounts are eligible for the Featured Offer
3) Perform better in your Performance Metrics, to increase your chances to be the Featured Offer eligible
4) Listings must have a sufficient order volume to be Featured Offer eligible
We already fulfill point #2 and #4. Point #1 makes no sense in our case, 90% of ASINs affected are featured offer by FBM. Point #3, also makes no sense. All ratings are industry standard, most sellers are in those ranges, for Amazon only condition not met might be On Time Delivery rate, but only by 0.4%, it's not like other sellers are mainting above 90% at all times. In fact our account has been through 80-90% range entire last 6 months and we maintained 1-2 day delivery status on Amazon.com without promise extension.
Our account was probably caught by bot. Requesting internal team to reset Featured offer eligibility status.

Promise extensions can be added to delivery dates to account for a range of logistical factors that may delay delivery. These include extreme weather, transportation network constraints, or recent history of a seller delivering shipments after their set delivery date.

Frequently asked questions about on-time delivery rate (OTDR)
Our updated policy requires a minimum 90% OTDR without promise extensions to have seller-fulfilled products listed on Amazon.com. An OTDR below 90% can result in restriction of your ability to have seller-fulfilled products listed. To help provide a positive customer experience, we recommend that you maintain a 95% or greater OTDR for all seller-fulfilled orders.
