Remote Fulfillment with FBA - Baby Products

We have been wanting to be part of remote fulfillment for years now but are always met with these errors. It mentions an import/export issue, however there shouldn't be any. We have all of the necessary testing for each of the countries and even have distributors selling some of the products already on Amazon. However we'd like to show our entire catalog with this remote fulfillment. Contacting support does not help.
