AMAZON DECIDED TO HOLD ALL MY FUNDS
Hi:
Recently my account has suspended for a violation.Total order number is 39 and total value of those orders are 701 USD.But after Virtual Verification Call I received a mail from Amazon that All the Funds in my account will not be disbursed to me which is more than 12.500 USD.It could ne understandable if Amazon decided to hold 701 USD from those 39 orders but holding 12.500 USD from other 853 orders which have no issues not fair at all.
In my Virtual Verification Call I prefered to make that in my language but I had to speak English with that person without an interpreter presence with me.I arrenged an interpreter applied a second call from Amazon ,but that was denied .It wasn't fair also.Everybody can not speak fluent English and ıt wasnt easy to try defend myself by using translation program.
I want Amazon release my funds which I earned from the non-issued product sales and at least give me an opportunity to defend myself in mu own language or with the presence of interpreter which I would arrenge.I think any seller at least deserves that.

What was the reason for your deactivation? If it was for selling counterfeits or another Section 3 violation, Amazon is legally prohibited from transferring any proceeds to you. To do so would make them complicit in whatever illegal activity you've been accused of.
If you're positive you haven't been involved in any illegal activity, your only choice is to head to arbitration. Refer to Section 18 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.

Once the account has been impacted for more than 90 days, you do become eligible for the release of the funds. However, the release is based off the investigation conducted by our disbursement team. If they are unable to properly verify the information associated to your situation, they cannot release the funds in the account.
