Seller Identity Verification Problems
My accounts been deactivated for awhile, trying to get past the identity verification. Was sent an email that said to go to “Take a photo of your face”, but the link doesn’t work, been trying to use other links from other discussion posts, and still it’s not working. Keeps giving me an internal error. I can’t find the identity verification steps on the amazon seller app either, been searching for the take a photo of your face and id for awhile and am not coming across anything. I’m willing to hop on a zoom anytime, I just can’t get a request through because I can’t find where to put that request in.
