Confirmation on Fully Colored Zipper Poly Bag for Packaging
I am in the process of preparing the packaging for my product, which will be packed in a zipper poly bag.
While reviewing Amazon’s packaging requirements, I noted that one of the guidelines states:
“The poly bag must be transparent.”
However, I would like to use a fully colored (non-transparent) zipper poly bag, and I will ensure that the product barcode (X00 label or FNSKU) is printed and placed on the outside of the bag, fully visible and easily scannable.
I would like to request confirmation on whether this type of packaging—a fully colored zipper poly bag with an external barcode label—is acceptable under Amazon’s packaging requirements.
Your clarification will help me ensure compliance before proceeding with production.
Thank you for your support.

That is a beautiful bag and I think many customers will not throw it away but reuse. On your place I would place this bag in a transparent polybag to protect the product packaging.
But I don't think someone can tell you if it would be accepted "naked" like this. Probably you will have to send a small quantity to FBA and look what will happen.

I have similar bag frosted white ziploc. It has a small hole. So, I’m thinking of double bagging it with polybag.

What Amazon is referring to is the poly bag that covers your actual product packaging if you decide to put it in a poly bag or if poly bagging is required for that category/product by Amazon. You can have whatever type of packaging you want for your actual product. Hope that makes sense.

Those are really nice bags. IMHO the answer to your question is "it depends on the category."
Amazon requires polybags in certain categories to protect the item in transit. For example, clothing is required to have a polybag because its very possible your clothing will be in transit on the same pallet as 30 gallons of bleach. If the bleach leaks all over your clothing, you will be thankful for the polybag.
There are also legal and insurance requirements that Amazon needs to meet for polybags. This includes special wording on the bag. If someone's toddler suffocates themselves on the bags you've provided, neither you nor Amazon are going to be in a good spot. Amazon has explicitly instructed you that a specific kind of polybag must be used. If you thwart this requirement to make your packaging look prettier, you are endangering both your business and Amazon's and putting both entities in legal harm's way. You will probably skate by on the first few shipments but eventually an eagle eyed Amazon employee with notice you don't meet the requirements and your entire shipment (and inventory) will be audited and you will pay polybag fees (~.55/unit) to have Amazon put your items in polybags for you.
The items you are required to use are called "Suffocation warning polybags" and they can be find in a myriad of styles and sizes at Uline or other packaging supply companies.
Failing to follow Amazon's requirements to the T is only inviting problems further down the road. This is not a mom n' pop shop who will make exceptions for your pretty bags and making sure you follow the rules now will prevent headaches in the future.
