4 ASINs were mentioned in the email for authentication and invoices. However, the quantities for two of the ASINs are incorrect. We immediately sent an email to inbound-appeals@amazon.com and opened a case with the proper shipment IDs and sales report for review. We requested an updated email with the correct quantities, but we have not yet received a response. from both ends , Every thing is ok from our side mistake from Amazon, How can we verify invoices ?

Changing a QUANTITY is not going to solve anything and may lead Amazon to further question your reliability.
The first questions are these --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
Even if they didn't ask for them they will eventually require them for that type of complaint.

I followed up with the appropriate teams who did confirm on 8/4/24 that they provided a new notification and link to schedule your verification call which included updated quantities based on your concern. Can you confirm if you have scheduled this verification call as they did not mentioned anything other than the new notice.
Were you experiencing any other issues related to the request that you can share so we can continue looking into the situation? Did you provide your documentation after receiving this new notice? Did the invoices meet our responsible sourcing requirements?

As mentioned by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp most of these situations do result in the request for a letter of authorization issued by the brand to confirm you are an authorized distributor of these products and brands. Did you receive any authorization from the brand itself?
