Fashion Jewelry Listings Stranded – Incorrectly Flagged as Fine Jewelry

Hello everyone,

We've been selling Fashion Jewelry on Amazon for almost 10 years without any issues. However, some of our listings were recently stranded, and the system is now prompting us to apply for approval to sell Fine Jewelry.

To clarify, all of our products are Fashion Jewelry, not Fine Jewelry.

One of the affected ASINs is B016U8G6GC.

We've opened multiple cases over the past three months, but unfortunately, none have led to a resolution. Our most recent case ID is 17658885361.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Any advice or suggestions on how to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated.
