Feedback claim item is fake when it listed as generic brand
Feedback says "Fake ! Do not buy from this seller!" item listed as GENERIC music player. After talking to support and getting no where, I left a response saying " This item is listed as GENERIC BRAND. So your entire feedback is IRRELENANT"
1. Do you forum exports think it's smart for me to leave this reply ?
2. Can Any of the mods, Please help me remove this feedback ? Case ID 17605082871

I'm sorry you have had difficulties with this feedback. In general Amazon will only remove feedback if it meets specific criteria:
- Contains obscene language
- Contains seller-specific, personally identifiable information
- Entire feedback comment is a product review
- Entire feedback comment is about fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon
Please note that complaints that a product is not authentic is not considered a product review. I personally do not recommend replying to the buyer with that message as an antagonistic relationship with a buyer doesn't generally result in success. Instead I would recommend reviewing your images and detail page information to determine why the seller might think this is a different brand than your Generic offer to prevent this misunderstanding in the future.
