Transparency items not received in FBA shipment. Support keeps closing case with no answer.

Seller Support keeps closing my case with copy and paste answer that is not an answer. It is Case # 15008475351

Is anyone else having issues with transparency coded items being received in late or not at all?
My last two shipments everything was received in pretty quickly except the transparency coded items.
The first shipment - approx. a month after the other items in the shipment were received, the transparency coded items were received. I didn't get anything saying there were issues with the coded ones.
But now - the second shipment was closed with the transparency coded items still not received. I have been trying to get Seller Support to investigate but Akshay D keeps cutting and pasting a non-answer and closing the case 4 times now. It is Case # 15008475351.
Anyone else having issues with this?

Y'all gonna love this. So I got a 5th copy and paste and close case response from someone supposedly in leadership. So I'm here feeling sick and decide to click over to shipments to see how much I'd be writing off if I dropped it.
And they had received in all the Transparency coded items to the CLOSED shipment sometime in the last couple days. Don't get me wrong, I am so relieved I am not out those items.
BUT - what is the purpose of closing a shipment if they can go in and change the items received well after it was closed? Without telling you. I mean, how far can they go back and change number of items received in closed shipments? 😲
