7600 dlls in sales and only 3600 on disburment!!! any more sellers have a high return rate of 20%?? please answer

hello every one here another small business talking about closing y store, we have past month on amazon we loose more than 50% of revenue in amazon fees etc, as most of the sellers we have a very high volume on return items which amazon refund the money.

here some points we looking to see from other sellers are any one notice the sear engine optimization on amazon dont works as should? ebay when you put you looking for something its shows only that item for the customer, we are in the automotive industry we recieve alot of complains say the item not fit to the car, due amazos just shows wathever they want i just thinking that its on purpose :( first becauase nor one or most sellers are in that same trouble in math this is what it is, imagine you sale 5000 dlls but your rate of refund its 2000, thinking you paid 30% of that money between amazon fees, outgoing shipping label, and return shipping label that means 600 dlls loosing from your business but amazon let say keep 500(this is only in returns, dont forget you pair 30% on all 500 of revenue total) because you paid the labels etc, in 1 million sellers per month its 500 millions of dollars in revenue for the company (because they not give you the money you paid in fees to them when they make the refunds) im right?, so i think they notice that and they not change it.

then its come the description page which its usesful ebay have a big square after the items where you can write the description clear and customer see it on big amazon take so small that page and very down of the items.

then its comes the customers uses the return process for return used items even when you make safe claim you loose most of them, then its comes the advertisment money you need to spend to sale more!

well im tired of this crap and most sellers do as i read, please answer this as you have same issue?
