I can't get in to the buy box

I can't get in to the buy box for any of my products, I don't know why this is happening, Amazon doesn't help me, but does anyone have this problem? I have the lowest prices and my account is profissional.

There are many factors that go into getting the buy box, most of which you will never know (Amazon does not disclose). Sales History, Shipping time, price, customer service...these all need some history before you get considered.
