Approval to sell pyrex

I have been going back and forth with amazon on approval for selling Pyrex brands. I have submitted multiple invoices from reputable suppliers and have been denied. The last communication from Amazon was asking me to provide the suppliers supplier information. This is absurd. I have been selling on Amazon for years and have never had this much of an issue getting approval.

I's the new norm. have you not read anything on here for the last year? Pyrex may be limiting sale of their brand on platforms such as Amazon. If the suppliers do not have permission for you to re-sell product on Amazon, then you need a LOA from Pyrex.

Hi Raz_Relics,

Was just reading your Post. As TV0150 explained Pyrex might be limiting how many third party vendors they are letting sell there products since that cuts into there bottom line from them selling full price or selling at a wholesale price to which is not full MSRP. From what i read in the post it looks like Amazon Seller Support wants to see legit wholesale documents from Pyrex as well as a document stating you are authorized to do so and not just a vendor receipt. Amazon has stated they will not accept a random third party vendor receipt. Within the past couple of years Amazon has been letting huge Companies like Pyrex and Nike require preauthorizations and or documents from there wholesale departments stating you are authorized to sell their products. This is just what i myself have seen in the last couple of years here on seller central. I hope that helps and at least provides a little information to help you resolve this issue.

I'm just curious ... you have submitted invoices from multiple suppliers. When I purchase a wholesale product, I purchase from one supplier. There's no need to have multiple suppliers for the same thing. The wholesaler will have a required purchase amount but you can always buy a lot more. You just increase how much you will take, you don't shop around for another wholesaler. So, does this mean you are not purchasing from a wholesaler but from multiple retail outlets such as Walmart, Target, Costco, etc? If so, that paperwork is not an invoice, it is a receipt and receipts are never accepted.

Hi there @Seller_6S387YeuyeC81,

I'm sorry you are having difficulties getting approved. In general Amazon won't indicate why your documentation isn't accepted, however it may be that the source of the inventory can't be verified. If you provide your most recent Seller Support Case I review and see what options exist to escalate. Thank you for your understanding.
