Case pack sent from manufacturer and seller support case log no help?
I had 2 cases of different skus sent in.
1 case was received in full and 1 case showed only containing 1 item.
I sent an invoice and I had used amazon prepaid shipping label to give to manufacturer.
The box was picked up and scanned to match the weight of the case pack
When I opened up a case amazon seller support said they received 95 of the 96 units not in the designated box.
This doesnt make any logical sense
Only 2 boxes were sent, 1 box contained the 96 of a unit and was fully checked in and the other box was marked as only having 1 unit. The boxes can only fit 96 units total thus the case pack. Amazon wouldn't send any pictures but are claiming there was 95 units in some mysterious incorrect box??!!?? Obviously the only place they could be, since they admitted to finding them, was in the proper case packed box they claimed had 1.
Can a real amazon rep please help look into this

If you're still experiencing this discrepancy, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would recommend following the steps on this help page to request the proper investigation for this shipment!
If this is not resolved after doing so, please send me your shipment ID and any case IDs you have for this shipment. I'd be happy to take a further look to see how I can assist further!
