FBM return undelivered

So how would one go about dealing with an FBM return that shows delivered on the UPS site but through amazon it shows undelivered, returned to origin...and it actually was not delivered...

It all depends on the ciructurcanses of the order/return. Did you utilize Buy Shipping services ? Are you able to submit a SAFE T Claim ?

It all depends on the ciructurcanses of the order/return. Did you utilize Buy Shipping services ? Are you able to submit a SAFE T Claim ?
