Hello,
I've been using a Payoneer account as deposit method since 2022 with no issues. Amazon asked to reverify the bank account, but they have been rejecting my statements for almost a month now. I receive an email - "We are unable to verify your bank account and ask you to re-submit the bank account verification request".
I do it over and over again, but there is no result. I created a case, wrote to the chat many times, they say - "don't worry, everything will be fine!". But nothing happens..
I really hope for your help.

After collaborating with other teams, I was able to learn specific details about your situation. Your next step to get this resolved, is to assign your bank account to the US market. To do this, please visit the account info section from the settings menu. From there, select where it shows "Bank Account Verification (In Progress)". Once you are on the deposit methods page, you will see where you can assign your bank account to the US store.
Once this is completed, your bank account should be fully verified. Please let me know what you are seeing after you complete the steps I shared. If you run into any other issues, let me know here in this thread so I can take a look.

I have a similar problem in the UK region.
In the US region, my statement was successfully verified.
Payoneer provides a bank statement as a PDF file that is downloaded directly from the Payoneer application.
My question is: do I need to print this statement on a printer and then photograph or scan it in high resolution for verification, or can I provide the original PDF file of the statement?
In what format did you add the file for verification?
