No buybox eligibility for items in "NEW" but YES eligible for "USED-GOOD"??

We have a very weird issue occurring on our account that affects a bunch of our listings, where if they are listed in NEW condition or "Renewed Excellent" (the equivalent of “NEW” for renewed listings), then we cannot get the buybox. However, the same items, when listed under worse conditions such as “USED-GOOD,” are able to take the Buybox, with price being the same, or even higher in price.

We think the root cause of this is from an old counterfeit policy violation that we had on our account (which has been reversed and removed, and we were deemed not at fault). It seems like this issue triggered some sort of specific account-level restriction affecting our Buybox eligibility for items in “NEW” or "Renewed Excellent" condition.

Can someone please help escalate this issue to the appropriate department? Thank you!

Example: ASIN B00ZYIFXSM is Buybox eligible when listed as “USED-GOOD” but not when listed as “Renewed Excellent.”

This pattern is consistent across several ASINs and is highly unusual.
