Problem with Linking Brand Registry
We are a brand representative and currently operate our own account with multiple stores on Amazon. We recently created a new account to launch a new store on the new market here. However, we are facing an issue with adding permissions from our existing account to the new account.
The process has been completed, and the invitation was sent and approved by Amazon.
However, we are still unable to see the status reflecting that the accounts are linked, nor can we access the "Managing selling accounts" menu in our new account.
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will try and assist, but I will need a bit more information. At a minimum, what the brand is and the MCID's of your account and the account you are trying to grant access to. PLEASE DO NOT add that information here as this is a public forum. Instead, if you have not already, please open a case with Brand Registry Support and inform them that you have successfully sent the invitation, but are not seeing it reflected.
Brand Registry support will then take a look and resolve your issue. If you have already created a case and would like me to take a look, please provide that case ID and I can review.
Please note that this is the Seller Forums and your primary audience is other Sellers as well as the occasional Community Manager like me who tries to assist where we can.
