I’d like to request a manual review of a feedback removal case that may have been misunderstood by frontline support.

Feedback left by buyer: “heat doesn't work and remote was broken off so can't use”
This comment is entirely product-related, referring to performance issues that occurred after use, and not related to delivery, seller communication, or service. All parts were delivered together and there was no missing item.
According to Amazon’s Feedback Removal Policy, if the entire comment is a product review, it qualifies for removal. I’ve submitted multiple requests, but they’ve been denied with the explanation that the feedback is not product-related, which I believe is incorrect.
I’ve already responded to the buyer and offered a solution. However, since the feedback inaccurately affects our seller rating and contradicts Amazon’s published policy, we kindly ask for the feedback to be reviewed again by the proper Feedback team.

That is YOUR listing. Would you prefer that this 1 star review shows up ON the listing as product review? you are right that THERE is the place it belongs to. You can't wait that it will be removed completely. It will stay or as seller feedback (where customers never go look), or as a review visible at first sight for each interested buyer. YOU chose.
