I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I’ve been having some trouble with the document submissions for my Amazon Seller account. I’ve uploaded the necessary documents, including the Articles of Association and the most recent annual report. However, I keep receiving rejections, and it’s really frustrating because I’m not sure what’s wrong.
I genuinely want to comply with all the requirements, but I could really use your help to understand what specific issues are causing the rejections. If you could provide some guidance on what needs to be corrected or clarified, I would greatly appreciate it.

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your question.
I just looked over your account and see that you will need to verify your business address by a code which was sent via post card.
I do see that the post card has been delivered already, to enter the code go to:
2. Click on "Business Information"
3. Business address and phone number
4. Enter the code in the field
From there our system will perform another check and you should be all set and active within 24 hours.
