SAFE-T Claim Help Please
Hello,
The customer returned a completely different item so I started a SAFE-T claim, I was granted the full amount for the claim, but I am still being charged for the return label from the RMA. The return code used was inaccurate website description (which was an invalid return reason)
The reason I used for SAFE-T claim was customer returned a different item, I took pictures of the package and contents, it was granted for the full amount....I feel like the return shipping should have been credited back to me as well because I did not receive the original order that was shipped to the customer? Is this the way SAFE-T works or did I do something wrong?
