Amazon hold my entire EUROPE marketplace fund and not ready to release, we received below message from amazon
"Hello Seller,
After completing our investigation and reviewing the information you provided, we have determined that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.
What happens now? The funds in your account will not be disbursed to you. This is a final decision made after reviewing the information you provided.
We may not respond to further emails about this issue."
I am an Amazon seller with over eight years of experience. Recently, my account was deactivated due to policy violations on the Amazon USA marketplace, resulting in the linking of my accounts across regions. While Amazon USA and Japan have released my funds after 90 days, my funds on Amazon Europe are still being held.
I have already submitted the complete set of required documents, including my passport, bank statement, credit card statement, driving license, and company registration details.
I am an India-based seller, and I am seeking guidance regarding potential legal actions that I can take Could you please advise me on the legal options available in this situation? Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

this is an Amazon sellers forum - owned by Amazon, and not the place to be asking for legal advice to sue Amazon- in my opinion
Consult a solicitor would be my advice as Amazon say their decision is final.
