Hello.I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding a persistent issue I am facing with my recent product, under Case No. 14990403011.

After shipping my product, I received an email notifying me of geographic restrictions in certain states and requesting evidence if the product is not restricted in those areas. Despite my diligent research confirming that the product is not restricted in those states, I have repeatedly provided the requested screenshots in response to the emails I've received.

However, the problem persists, and I continue to receive identical emails without any indication of what might be missing or what further action I need to take. As a newcomer to this process, I find myself growing increasingly frustrated and mentally drained by the lack of clarity and progress.

I see that you are facing issues with geographic sales restrictions for potential pesticide products and your attempts to resolve the issue have not been accepted so far. Typically, to dispute this, you will be asked to provide this information:

• Verify the EPA ID Registration Number listed in the Pesticide Marking Attribute is entered correctly on the Product Detail Page;

• Verify the product is registered in the state;

• Provide proof of registration via an appeal opened in the Seller Dashboard. Proof of registration accepted includes a screenshot of the database showing the registration information/number and status, a letter from the state outlining the registration information and status or the registration number or an email from the state pesticide registration department entered into the appeal ticket. Links to a database are not acceptable.

Here is a help page with links for the state pesticide registration for your resource.

Are you able to obtain a letter from the state with the registration information, number and status? If so, you can submit this to the review team for evaluation, and if accepted the ASIN(s) will be reinstated.

Regarding the case you have provided, you have submitted screenshots and the EPA ID. Have you also updated the product detail page with the correct number? This will be a required step aside from providing the registration proof.
