Which email to send amazon appeal letter to reinstate account
Hi,
My Amazon account has "multiple account violations" and it's currently suspended and unable to log in. I created a support case from my second account (which is also suspended but can still access it) and was told to send an appeal letter to: selling-partner-action-review@amazon.com which I did. I received and email stating, "This email is not the correct channel to submit an appeal to reactivate your account. Account reactivation requests sent to this address will not be reviewed."
Can somebody advise me on the correct email to send the appeal letter to? I found the email address below in the forum. Is that correct or is there another email I can use?

Before you submit anything (since SOME appeals make things worse!) find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

My first account has been deactived so I cannot even log in to send the appeal letter.
