Amazon seller account verification failed

Hello,

I registered with Amazon seller central in the USA and the account got verified easily. Then I opened an EU account and submitted every document that amazon requested. They were translated and legalized in a PDF that contained the translated copy and the original document. After submitting the association of memorandum for the last time, amazon sent us this performance notification "Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened".

The support team suggest that we email seller-verification-review@amazon.co.uk but that team replied with:

"We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not open a selling on Amazon account. "

Although we have registered our Brand and we have an account manager in the USA, nobody seems to be able to help. Does anybody have a clue what I can do?
