Unexpected account verification request
Just wondered if anyone else had ever received this email from the account verification team

What happens if I do not update this information?
If you do not provide the requested information, your account will be restricted as follows:

The Amazon Payments team
We have had a verified account in the UK for about 10 years (and we are not being asked for any information on seller central) but recenty had to get in touch with seller support because we have an "unhealthy" status in 6 countries (where we have never traded) and this is preventing us from ammending any of our current listings.
Does anyone have any idea what a written agreement is?
Are they asking us to become verified in these countries, and if so how do we go about this. Obviously the worry is the threat that if we do nothing then in 2 months time we will not have access to our money!

I'm having the same issues. It looks like ScAmazon are making their own laws. They are using it as a reason for not paying my seller funds, all payments to me have been suspended. This might be it for me, Amazon want everyone to be FBA or go.
