Help Needed with Account Verification Issues and Repeated Document Rejections
Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out to see if anyone has had a similar experience or can offer advice on how to resolve ongoing issues with my account verification, and I’ve been trying to reactivate my Amazon Seller account for some time now, but I keep encountering challenges with the verification process.
Here's a summary of my situation:
Previous Business Information: My account was initially set up with information from an old LLC, which has since been dissolved. My previous business partner, who has since moved out of from my state, and I closed the business and associated bank accounts.
Submitted Documentation: I’ve submitted all the requested documents, including the dissolution of my previous LLC and my current identification documents. However, Amazon continues to respond that my documents "do not meet policy requirements" without giving me specifics on what needs to be adjusted or clarified.
Verification Process: Each time I submit an appeal and follow the required steps, I receive a general response stating that my documents didn’t meet Amazon’s policies, without any clear feedback on what specific issues need to be addressed.
Frustration and Concerns: This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel that I am being treated as if I’ve done something wrong, despite my willingness to provide all necessary information. At this point, I am even considering hiring a legal team if that’s what it takes to resolve this issue, but I’d prefer to avoid that if possible.
If anyone has successfully navigated a similar situation or has tips on how to get more specific feedback from Amazon, I would greatly appreciate your insights. I am committed to following Amazon’s policies and providing any additional documentation needed, but without clear direction, I feel stuck.
Thank you all for any advice or support you can provide.
Sincerely,

That is the key! A seller account can NOT be transferred and therefore this account can not be attributed to you.
Now you are in a difficult situation, because this account IS deactivated. In fact, the "Legal Entity" of this old LLC has to reactivate this account providing the correct documents. Can you? Then this LLC has to properly close that seller account.
Then you wait two weeks and create a new seller account to your name with your email address. Nothing else is possible. Seller support can not help you because what you desire can not be achieved.
You have to send the documents regarding the account owner, which is "an old LLC". Of course the Artificial will reject the documents of a person called John White if the account owner is called "White LLC".
