Brand Attribute Somehow changed to Random Brand (We are registered brand and own this ASIN)

We had a variation with multiple directly related ASINs. We then found that one of the ASINs fell off of the variation. After investigation, we concluded that this occurred as the Brand Attribute changed from our brand to another. We attempted to delete and relist without success. The brand remained.
We then contacted seller support, to request a change to the attribute. Apparently it is against the rules for us to make this change, but I see it as a completely unjust situation and making a new ASIN is completely unnecessary. We've provided photos of the product, it's barcode, and brand. It is also under our registered brand's catalog.
This situation is misleading our customers and restricting us from having our original variation. I am getting nowhere with support and need additional assistance on this case! Any help would be incredibly appreciated.
