too be honest that is really going to depend on your supplier and what they would want and require.
There are third party tools that can take order data and pass it out, you can learn how to deal with amazons SP-API and do it yourself. There’s loads of ways to do it, but again, first port of call should be asking your supplier what format they need it in

Many legitimate drop shipping companies already have this in place. The order is placed on Amazon, they are automatically notified of it, they ship and update your order with tracking.
If your supplier doesn't have this then you will need to get them or you to develop an interface to do this. Unless you are expecting loads of orders it won't be worth it.
You also need to make sure that your supplier doesn't show their name on any paperwork or packaging despatched with the order. If your customer thinks it is coming from someone else you are in violation of Amazon policy.
