Section 3 violation

Hey sellers, I received an email saying that I have violated amazons section 3, not only do I dont do drop shipping all my sins are owned by me and I have invoices from the manufacturer, can anyone please help me out

Did you package in used packaging that has names from other stores on it? Did you mail your packages from a zip code other than your own?

If your violation is drop shipping, then it can't be for FBA orders.
