You cannot buy on Amazon and dropship from Amazon, if that is the question. Besides of that, knowing that Amazon takes at least 30% of the sales price, HOW could you make any profit?

You may not offer anything free on Amazon. Under some conditions you may offer bundles, but no fee stuff may be advertised.
You may not source on Amazon for Amazon sales. No retail sites are acceptable as sources. Wholesale sites with invoices, plus a letter of authorization to sell on Amazon from the brand.
