Suspended/deactivated account for violation section 3
Does anyone know if its possible to get your account back after a section 3 violation? I was using a third party company that was managing my account and they did not do things correctly. My acct was suspended due to dropshippping and I now want to make things right. I have everything I need to get going on the FBA side, but my appeal rejections give me no information to go off. Has anyone had anything similar?

The time to do that was BEFORE you started selling without studying Seller U or reading the Forum.

If either of you had studied the Forum you could have found DOZENS of stories of sellers suspended for using VAs that cost them their accounts.
Sell elsewhere because you are done on Amazon.

The only way you would come back is with a LOA from a brand you are working with and a relationship with a brand approved wholesale distributor...and even then, slim odds

Section 3 suspensions are very hard to come back from and Amazon will give you very little if any information to help you. It is not impossible, but it is rare.
IMHO I am not really sure Amazon is worth the effort anymore, if you do your homework you can do better on other platforms; without all the absurd hoops Amazon will make you jump through (you have zero security here) you will save a ton of time (and that is $$ in your pocket). You may not get the revenue that you would with Amazon but you will probably make more money in the end.
Amazon is an acid filled lake back filled with alligators and piranhas, do you really want to swim in these waters.

Ouch Dropshipping suspensions are irreversible unless you prove that dropshipping never occurred to begin with. In which case you’d need to provide invoices and shipping labels corresponding to your orders.
