Large amount of invoices getting auto denied
Hello, my supplier and I are getting used to the 100 unit invoices and I had a quick question about something and maybe I might need an Amazon rep to look at my case for. I have about 130 units for this brand from my supplier and when I ordered it he shipped them out in different days with different quantities. I have about 15 invoices for the 130 units and it isn’t getting accepted when being authentic and from a reputable distributor approved by Amazon. I tried to put the invoices into one and two pdfs but it keeps getting auto denied every time with with the same message so I don’t know what I am doing wrong and how to proceed. If I could have a human look at my invoices I know that it would go much different. Please help any Amazon rep I can forward my case ID ASAP. Thank you for your time.

Is this distributor approved by the brand?
"Do you have written authorization or approval from the brand or this company to list and or sell the products from their company? A lot of companies will authorize a supplier, but in their terms of use, you are not authorized to distribute the materials from the site they were sourced from. These suppliers are typically licensed and authorized for sale to the end consumer, no resale. I would suggest reviewing your suppliers terms of use or terms of service and work with the brand itself to obtain a letter of authorization as this will be required at this point to show proof you are an authorized distributor for the concerned brand. So you are additionally aware, if your supplier tries to issue you a letter of authorization, it will not be accepted. They will only accept an LOA if issued by the brand or rights owner only."

Provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.……

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and thanks for including those 2 case IDs.
I do recommend, if you have not already, reviewing the Apply to sell a product, category, or brand Seller University video. Starting at the about the 3:30 mark the video discusses another option when applying to sell a brand. If you have permission from the brand listed on those case ID's, I strongly recommend ensuring it meets all the requirements from the Letter of Authorization help page and submit that.
There is 1 other option that is not discussed in the above linked video and that is to have the Administrator for the brand add you as an authorized reseller to the brand via their Amazon Brand Registry account.
Also, based on the attachments in the cases, you provided receipts not invoices. 1 of the companies is a retailor and not a distributor and the other, although does have distribution, your attachments show purchases at specific retail store locations and these do not provide the necessary requirement of brand approval to sell.
