Urgent Help Needed: Reserved Inventory Issue Post-Verification

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek urgent assistance regarding a critical issue we are facing with our inventory.
Recently, we completed both identity verification and supply chain verification processes. However, despite passing these verifications, a significant portion of our inventory, particularly our high-selling products, remains reserved. This situation is severely impacting our business operations and sales.
We have opened multiple cases (15579200911, 15580651501, 15580624051) and have had numerous calls with Amazon support, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. We are at a point where this is causing substantial disruption to our business (listings have been blocked for more than 3 weeks).
If anyone from the forum support team or fellow sellers who have experienced similar issues could provide guidance or assistance, it would be greatly appreciated. We are eager to resolve this matter as soon as possible to restore normal operations.

I do see from the information and cases provided that our account health support team had raised your concerns with the appropriate teams on 7/10/24 and is still pending review with them. I have followed up with them to express the urgency of the situation on your behalf. I would recommend continuing to monitor your account for any updates and communication. Can you please follow up with the "SCRAM Team" to see why is it taking so long for them to just reactivate my listings ?
I did pass the verification more than 2 weeks ago, therefore I don't understand why is it taking so long to release my inventory.
I did send them an email one week ago and they have not responded yet, which is frustrating. My account sales are more than 60% down over the last 5+ weeks.
I have followed up with the team again as I had not heard anything back. they did confirm the review is still pending, I have provided your mentioned impact. Once I have more information I can follow up here with you.
