Amazon lost my shipment but doesn't want to reimburse me!
In July this year, I sent a shipment to Amazon, including a total of eight boxes, two of which have not arrived yet, but my shipping record on Amazon and the signature provided by the logistics company can prove that my goods have been signed for. I have sent emails to Amazon many times asking for help to confirm the status of my shipment. The seller's support reply has not reached the time for complaint, and it has been waiting until September, and the abnormal confirmation time has been delayed once. It was not until mid to late September that it was finally confirmed that these two boxes of goods were lost, and I made a claim to Amazon, but Amazon sent me an email asking me to provide proof again and again. After I provided it as required for many times, Amazon directly closed the case, and after I re-created the case for many times, Amazon did not close it, which made me question Amazon's internal management process. Why keep creating problems instead of solving them? Who will protect the seller's rights?

I have attached the proof multiple times but the AI sticks to - "However, we're unable to continue our investigation because the documentation provided doesn't meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance. "
