New Seller Needs Help case ID 9585800122
Hello,
I recently launched my first product on Amazon,yesterday I saw a banner on my account asking me to change charge method/credit debit card so I updated to a new one keeping in mind the same company name and address as seller central on the card,but the card still wasnt verified.Unfortunately I have lost the access to my account and need to control ppc as its a new product.Have opened case but its just been transferred to another team.
Can someone please guide how to expedite this.
