HELP ,Product and Food Safety Violations
On 21th May,One if my listing was suddenly removed and said that my product violated product and food safety. I don't know what went wrong. we read the related policy carefully and we believe that our product don't have that risk . Contact customer service and send the user manage ,battery testing report ,invoice ,but no respond ,only reply by AI said that we have safety risk .Still do not know what caused the violation of product and food safety, do not know how to appeal, Help,Case ID:17774917341
