Someone just blatantly stole our design and is selling it on Amazon and targeting us!
We have a unique design that we paid thousand of dollars for and are selling it on Amazon. 2 months ago a seller (from China) stole our design, is selling it on Amazon and targeting our product. We have a patent pending but still no final approval. We have paid thousands to make our product unique in our niche and here comes someone just blatantly and without any effort on their own, stealing it. What are supposed to do? this is really frustrating! Any recommendations. Please help.

I am not a patent specialist so I do have a question, does a pending patent have a patent ID tied to it? I do know for trademarks in Brand Registry, you cannot report trademark infringements unless the trademark is fully registered.
That being said, I do recommend speaking to a patent attorney as they are trained on matters like this.
