Amazon AWD Shipments Unreasonable Delays

Several Amazon AWD Auto-Replenishment shipments to FBA have had no updates since as early as November 15th. Today is December 9th. The only updates available are "Shipment created". No other updates/movement.
This is very problematic, as it has caused several of my items to be out of stock during peak season.
Not much help from Amazon Seller Support. I need those shipments sent to FBA ASAP, but are currently lost within the system. Any solutions?

Update: Most of these eventually were delivered.. although extremely late. Caused us to lose out on a lot of potential sales during the peak season. There are still 2 shipments that are still not delivered after over 2 months.

The same thing happened to me: our sales were severely impacted in December and now in January. Amazon is too busy focusing on its new platform created specifically for Chinese sellers, which offers low fees and many incentives.
For American sellers, Amazon only creates problems and new fees.
