changing Manufacturer recommended age on my own Branded product

I have a new product I branded. I need to change the Manufacturer recommended age for my branded product in my inventory. I cant change it because it is locked. This is my product and i should be able to change it.

Have you tried contacting the Brand Registry area to ask if they can help?

I have a discussion -->HERE<-- regarding best practices when editing a listing.

  1. Since it sounds like step 1 (which is editing your listing from the Manage Inventory page on Seller Central, have you tried to update using a full file feed?
  2. If yes, and it's still not working, can you share your Batch ID number and your CASE ID filed with Brand Registry so I can escalate this issue to one of our internal partner teams to review?
