It is great Amazon added a feature to upload documents on A-Z cases. However upon providing proof of delivery to the freight order that the customer signed for then denies ever receiving it Amazon instantly denied the appeal. First off it was INSTANTLY granted and they refunded all of the money to the customer then they say to provide POD in an appeal option which was denied within seconds. How can amazon be investigating at all when within seconds the a-z is denied and case is closed. Why does Amazon go so far to refunding and making the customer's experience "better" at the sellers expense?

This A to Z makes my sick to my stomach, and I am a veteran seller (over 10 years). Amazon simply does not care, and it's getting worse. It could be the end of our business on Amazon.
We cannot purchase shipping through Amazon because almost all of our orders go out in multiple packages.

because they dont invesigate. They dont even look at the pictures we send. Recently in November i was denied over 15 times when i was right and had evidence!!! These ppl either work with their eyes closed or their not real humans. Good luck. Claims are a joke.
I also have ppl scamming me by ordering stuff, waiting 4-5days then say it's all of a sudden damaged and want a refund. Nope. No full refunds for damages YOU MADE 4 DAYS later .nope. they are lucky I even issued a 50% refund for that crap. Ppl lie to amazon saying we sent them damaged items to receive refunds.
Since amazon supports customer fraud & buyer scams because they continue to allow it without stopping them, they don't care. Protect yourself.

It is very well known that there are no real people looking at any of these cases and the reason that the reply is received in seconds is that the default answer to anything is 'no' from the AI bot.
So whether it is customer authenticity complaints, A-Z claims, it is irrelevant what you upload, regardless of the fact that you upload every single piece of factual evidence, it will always be refused.
I have never had an appeal accepted for anything on Amazon despite supplying every document possible, it just never happens, you have to suck it up and accept that no matter what you do Amazon thinks you are dishonest and the buyers can do and say whatever they want and they are always right despite having absolutely no evidence whatsoever.

I sent a box of 20 books and the buyer said they got an empty box. If that was the case then the post office would state it was damaged in the tracking, and the buyer could have easily sent an image with the empty box and a sticker from the post office indicating the contents came out in shipoing. Even though we asked the customer for it Amazon just immediately refunded it and granted the claim. After disputing this they totally ignored me and said their decision was final. So....a customer got a whole set of books free! Happy ending....for them. And Amazon lost zero money in the process.

In my experience they deny 100% of A-Z claims if you didn't buy shipping through Amazon.
I'm going through it right now from several of my Canadian orders that shipped before the post office went on strike. Amazon only offers DHL to me for shipping to Canada, so I have to make the labels outside of Amazon - and with that they offer zero coverage for me. I've reached out to tell them that I don't have access to a DHL facility here, so I don't want them using DHL pricing and offering it as a method for shipping, and they just gave me a "too bad" response. What honks me off is the pure dishonesty of the buyers, who have to know USPS is on strike, but they are filing INR claims anyway.
Long story short, you could probably have video of them accepting the package and the A-Z will still rule in their favor.
