Compliance Requirement Appeal
Wondering if someone can help me figure out how to resolve a compliance request on my Account Health page.
The product I sell is certified to standard X, but when I provided the requested proof of certification they said that they need to see approval to standard Y. Standard Y that is being required is for a different type of product and doesn't apply. I know my product is certified correctly, but the agent reviewing this compliance request will not accept the information. There is an option to "appeal compliance", but my appeal is limited to just a couple lines and no attachments can be uploaded so it just gets rejected.
I opened a new seller central case 17638276341 over a month ago asking for some escalation but it is unanswered so far and the listing has been removed.
I have a letter of support from the manufacturer and compliance documents. Any suggestions on how I can appeal or escalate this?

I've heard back from the internal team regarding your product and a this time the issue is that the model information on your detail page doesn't match the information in the documentation you provided. You will need to resubmit and ensure that this information matches correctly per the Electronics help page for ASINs in the CA catalog. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you have the Case ID where you provided the information that matches the model number and test report correctly? Have you demonstrated in the case via your user manuals that the product is a heating pad and not a electric blanket? If you have please provide the Case ID and I will see what I can do to escalate.
