change Vendor Central Admin
My Vendor Central admin has left the company without sharing the Amazon VC admin account details. I have a case open with Amazon but they are refusing to make me the business owner the admin. They are repeatedly telling me to contact the admin to which I have repeatedly explained why this is not possible - but it is as if they are not reading my reply - like a robot?
Does anyone know how I could get this resolved? I can't administer my own VC account.
